1. Who these terms are with
lekkin is provided by Digital Nature Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13216729, registered office 10 Glenholme Road, Farsley, Pudsey, England, LS28 5BY. VAT registration number GB 434 6784 69. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the club or organisation using lekkin.
Using lekkin means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a club, you confirm you are entitled to do so.
2. What you get for nothing
The football platform is free and has no time limit: clubs and teams, players and guardians, fixtures and results, availability, match recording, notifications. We may add to that list. We will not start charging for something already on it.
Free does not mean unsupported, but it does mean provided as-is: we give no guarantee of availability for the free platform, and we may change or withdraw individual features. Where a change would materially reduce what you can do, we will tell you before it happens.
3. What is paid
Pitch booking is a paid add-on, charged monthly in advance, priced on how many of your pitches you make bookable. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT.
There is no minimum term. Charges continue monthly until you stop the add-on.
4. Payments your club takes
When somebody hires one of your pitches, that money is yours and it does not pass through us. You connect your own payment account, the payment settles to it, and we take no commission and hold no funds on your behalf.
That also means the contract for a pitch hire is between you and the hirer. We provide the system you take the booking in; we are not a party to it, and disputes, refunds and chargebacks on those payments are yours to settle.
5. Your data and your members’ data
You remain responsible for the personal data you put into lekkin about your players, their guardians and your officials — you decide what to collect and why. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else. What we do with it is set out in the privacy notice.
You can export or delete your club’s data at any time, and you can ask us to.
6. Accounts and access
Signing in happens at login.lekkin.app. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use lekkin to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another club’s information, or to interfere with the service for anyone else. We may suspend access where one of those is happening, and we will tell you why.
8. Stopping
You can stop a paid add-on at any time from within the app. It stops immediately and you are credited for the unused part of the month. Bookings you have already taken are unaffected. The free platform continues.
We may end this agreement by giving you 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you are in serious breach of clause 7. If we end it for convenience, we refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

9. What we are responsible for
We will provide the paid service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, business or goodwill. For anything else, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can stop the paid service before it does.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
